Will I receive the same product which I see in the picture?

Actual colors may vary as every monitor and portable devices have different capabilities to display colors, you must also take into account that everyone perceives these colors differently.

We try to edit our photos to show the samples as life-like as possible.

Artrula cannot guarantee that the color you see on your device accurately portrays the actual color of the product you will receive.

I've just made an order. How long will delivery take?

Artrula has no control over order processing times as this will be determined by the store you have purchased your product from. They will notify you of the delivery date which will depend on the time of year.

We accept all major credit and debits cards using Stripe payment gateway.

All transactions are secured using SSL Security.

Can I add additional items to my order?

Once you have placed and paid for an order you will not be able to edit the order as the process starts immediately after the payment is made.

How can I track my order?

As soon as your order is placed we have to process it which includes checking, packing and sending it to the post office, the store vendor has the option to add a tracking number.
