How to Manage your Order
Your customer orders will be listed in your store dashboard. The order list will show the order number, order total amount, earned amount, order status, customer details, order date and order action. You can view your order details, manage the order status and delete orders using button actions.
You can filter the orders by date and export the order list.
Navigate to Dashboard -> Orders
General Details
In this section, you will be able to view the order status, order date, earning amount from a specific order, customer id, email, phone number, customer IP etc.
Order Status
You can view and process the order status, the options are:
- Pending Payment
- Processing
- On hold
- Completed
- Cancelled
- Refunded
- Failed
Order Notes
You can add a note to the order for the customer to see. When adding a note the customer will receive an email notification for each note that is added. When sending a private note only the vendor will receive an email.
Shipment Tracking
You can track the shipment of the product that you are selling. At the bottom of the Order, you will find a button titled ‘Tracking Number’. You can provide the shipping provider name or URL, Tracking number and Date shipped. After providing the information, click on the Add Tracking Details button. The order details will be updated and a new order note will be added containing the tracking details and sent via email to your customer.
