Setting up your Payment Method
It’s important that you set up your payment method first before uploading your products to your store. We have chosen to use Stripe Connect as our payment method because we believe that our vendors should be paid directly when they receive a customer order. Their low fee structure also allows our vendors to save money on when processing transaction through the gateway. The fees are 1.4% + 20p or 2.9% + 20p for non-European cards, you can read more about it here at Stripe Pricing.
To connect your Stripe account to Artrula for instant payments. First, log in to your dashboard and navigate to “Settings -> Payment”. On this page click the “Connect with Stripe” button to connect your account. If you don’t have an account you will have the opportunity to sign up here.
Once you have connected your Stripe account you will begin to accept payments from your customers, process your orders and refunds. When you have successfully connected you will see the following screen.
