Setting up your Store

When setting up your store this can be completed in a few easy steps.  It’s possible to add your profile and cover image from your store settings page, add your address and contact information too.  To set up your store first log in to your store dashboard and navigate to “Settings -> Store”

Add your store cover photo and profile image

Give your shop front a cover image to give your shop a presence.  The cover image should have a width of at least 1200px or greater and a height of 550px or greater.  When you upload your image your will have the options to crop it.

Upload your profile picture to show your customers who you are.  This will give the customer the opportunity to see who has made your wonderful products.  You can also decide to upload your shop logo here if your wish to.   Your profile image should be greater than 150px by 150px, and you will have the option to crop this image after it has been uploaded.

Store name

Adding your store name will give your shop it’s identity.  

Store address and phone number

You should add your store address and phone number if you have a designated address for your business.  If you leave this blank your address and phone number will not display.  Feel free to leave this blank if you wish.

Email address

If you have an email address for your business you can use this and display this in your store.  It’s possible to keep this private if you would like customers to use your store contact form to get in touch with you.
