Setup your Return and Warranty Policy
Vendors can set up their customised return and warranty facility for their products in the store dashboard.
Navigate to Dashboard -> Settings -> RMA
When the order status of the product is “Completed”, then RMA is activated.
When setting up warranties for your products you can set a custom label. The default value is currently set to “Warranty”.
There are currently 3 options to choose for when adding warranties to products; No Warranty, Warranty included and Warranty as Add-On.
The type ‘No Warranty‘ will reveal no new option but selecting ‘Warranty Included’ will add three more options, Length, Length Value and Length Duration as seen below.
Length option is whether you are looking to offer the warranty for a Limited time or lifetime. Length Value is the value to be added for the warranty offered for any product. Lastly, Length Duration is the term of the warranty in the form of Month or Years.
When the length of the warranty is selected to “Lifetime”, the length value and length duration option will get hidden as shown below.
Warranty as Add-On
When you choose this option of warranty type. You can allow the customers to choose additional warranty period for an added cost. You can set that cost and duration from the Add-On warranty setting option as shown below.
Now you can choose to display the refund reasons for your products by ticking the checkboxes. These will then be displayed to your customer when they process a refund for their product.
You can now set up your RMA policy for your store and products using the text box below.
Custom RMA settings per product
Apart from setting the RMA for all products, the vendor can now setup RMA settings for an individual product.

The fields are the same as the fields in the global settings but here it works for this product only.
