Refund Policy
If your not happy with the item it needs be returned in its original condition and packaging and within 7 days. You must pay for return postage and keep your proof of postage. Once we have received your return we will refund your order through your original payment method.
Refunds won't be accepted for frosting of the melts as this is a natural reaction for soy wax.
